In 2002 our company opened a trade representation department to represent US companies interested in registering as well as promoting their products in Russia, Ukraine, and EU countries. Today we are acting as a distributor for a number of U.S. manufacturers who are selling their products in Russia and Ukraine. With the Baltic States joining the European Union community, we are able to register products in EU through the country of Latvia.

Our services in this area include:
- Conduct a marketing analysis to identify the need for the product and compare the product against its competitors
- Implement a clinical trial for the product. The clinical trial can be done on animals and on humans, according to the world standards. During the clinical trial all the requirements for the registration with the local FDA will be adhered to
- Register the products in the foreign country. Prepare all necessary paperwork for the local FDA to approve the product
- Set up a distributorship of the product line either through a local company partner or directly by the manufacturer
- Implement a successful marketing campaign to promote

In 2003, our company opened an import division in partnership with AptekaUSA. Today we import over 300 items from Eastern Europe. We also act as distributors exclusive and nonexclusive as well as registered agents for companies interested in promoting, registering and selling their products in the United States of America.
